Design Process
- Contact us
You can contact us with as little or as much information as you have using our contact form. We will take that information and contact you within 2 business days via email to ask you some questions and possibly arrange some time to discuss.
- We email you
We will email you with some questions based on what you have sent us. We may exchange several emails to discuss the designs and share images so we can better understand what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.
- We'll meet virtually
Once we determine that we're a good fit for the work you want, we will schedule a virtual meeting with you. We will likely be sharing images and/or our computer screen, so it will be ideal if you are on a computer or device that will make it easy to see our content and interact. However, we don't require video if you're not comfortable with that.Â
- We design and estimate
After we have gotten our final questions answered, we will create a rough design for your review. This design and the finished product may vary slightly, but it will be very representative of the final product. The design document will also include a cost estimate. This estimate is non-negotiable, and our work is valued highly, so please know that before beginning this process.
- Remit your deposit
If you like the design and are satisfied with the cost, then you will need to send a non-refundable deposit of half the estimate. We can accept payment in many different ways, and we can decide what is easiest for you.
- Receive your product
We will keep in regular contact with you as we create your product, and we will coordinate with you for delivery or pickup times. Please do not accept the product if it is damaged during shipment. Once the product is delivered and set up, please send us a photo so we can enjoy it in its new home. After this, you can send the remaining balance from the invoice.
