Terms of Service

By ordering from Aventine Hill Designs you agree to these terms.

Products. Most pieces are milled to order from natural hardwood; some items are stocked and ship immediately. Grain, figure, and color vary from the photos — that variation is the point, not a defect. Dimensions may vary slightly from listed specs.

Engraving. You're responsible for the spelling and accuracy of engraving text you submit. We engrave exactly what you approve. Engraved pieces are final sale as described in our refund policy.

Orders. We may cancel and fully refund any order we can't fulfill. Prices and lead times may change, but never on an order already placed.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
